From my very first inquiry, their team was exceptionally responsive, so it was no surprise that the trip itself exceeded all expectations. Although I booked a group tour, there were only two of us—myself and one other traveler—paired with a dedicated driver/guide. We all clicked instantly, and having a comfortable sedan instead of a van made our journey even more enjoyable. Each hotel was fantastic and perfectly situated, and every tour was expertly curated. The hotels were good but the tour company could have considered alternatives, specially in Belgrade, where there is only 1 elevator which allows only 2 people to travel in it at one time. But my guide, Dejan, was fabulous! He has a wealth of knowledge about everywhere that we went. I felt totally comfortable being with just one person for 10 days, which at first, I was a little concerned about. I felt like I was with an old friend. My contact at Tour Radar, Aleksandra, was wonderful to work with. I had a lot of questions at times, and she was friendly and quick to return my messages.
