Third time traveling with CIE. Wish there were tours for repeat travelers. Didn't get enough time in Galway. Tour director was knowledgeable and helpful. Would have liked more recommendations on places to eat for dinner. Good recommendations for lunch. Coach was always cold even after asking the driver to turn the heat up which he did daily. Bought a blanket. Skipped the walking tours. They need to be looked at. Too long standing in one place.

The tour was everything as promised, loved the Titanic in Belfast, Giant Causeway, the Cliffs of Mohar and Westport was a very comfortable village. However a lot of the commentary was lost because of the tour guides accent and my hearing issues.

We would have liked to get there a day sooner. We missed our first bus tour in Dublin, due to bad weather. Landing at airport and having only 3 hours to get luggage, cab, ck. in hotel and grab something to eat is not enough time for anyone.

Tour guide and bus driver were excellent. Tour covered many great sites within given time frame. Would have liked to be advised which hotel(s) only had one electrical outlet on the desk in the room; I have a CPAP machine that could not be used on several nights unless I would have slept on the room's desk.

Everyone was wonderful to deal with patient and kind with all the changes due to the pandemic. this was my 3rd trip with CIE and i tell everyone that CIE is the best tour company to travel with. All the guides are personable and knowledgeable. The drivers are the BEST kind and make sure everyone has a great experience and fun. This trip our driver/guide was Nigel O Connor, his driving skill is just amazing. He was funny and informative. He made the trip a wonderful experience for everyone. I can't say enough nice things about him; his humor and kindness will not be forgotten.

CIE handled all the logistics of our tour - transportation, hotels, luggage, meals - it was great! Our tour guide, Harry Fisher, was quite knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. Harry really made the trip super enjoyable. I highly recommend CIE for Ireland tours.
