The tea houses were all truly affable and the food (basically Dal Bhat) was extraordinary. Our Sherpa Guide was full of knowledge as he had the option to respond to every one of our inquiries concerning the environmental factors! The trek was organised well and with enough time to acclimatize and enjoy the surrounding areas en route. The company were honest and helpful whenever we asked questions. We felt safe and were able to amend the itinerary slightly when we needed to. wangchu was very experienced and put a lot of effort into making sure we were fit and well each day. The day trek over the high pass (Larkya La) was very strenuous and in bad conditions. We very much needed his expertise this day and would have struggled without him! - JJJan· February 29th, 2020A small group of us did the Manaslu Circuit with the addition of the Tsum Valley as well as the Ganesh Himal Base Camp thrown in for acclimatization. Research had indicated that this trek would be very challenging and indeed it was. But we were fortunate to have an excellent guide and the services of 3 outstanding porters who made the trek a memorable & enjoyable one despite it’s rugged remoteness. I loved the wildness of the varied terrain, the majesty of the mountains, the wonderful local people, and particularly the beauty of the Tsum Valley. I would recommend that anyone considering doing this trek do it in the near future while it is still basically unspoiled as the region appears to be readying for an onslaught of tourism/modernization which (in my opinion) will detract from the experience of getting away from it all. Our trek was booked through Sherpa Expeditions and they are to be commended on their organizational skills..
