- PMPejman· May 20th, 2022The information sent in PDF file after booking once payment was completed did not have details of the extra payments. It does not refer to any extra payments. When you advertise the tour package, you could clearly mention the extra costs for train and tickets to the sights. The package is advertised for AUD1200, while all extra costs are in US dollar. When someone pays in AUD, he would expect the extra charges on your website to be in AUD. How does he know the other costs are in USD? The tour guide in Aswan and Luxor spent 5 minutes on each site, giving a short introduction and then he sat under shade and let me to explore for 30 minutes alone. While exploring by myself, I listened to the guides from other groups. Why this should happen when I paid for a tour guide? The cruise staff were extremely polite and helpful. The tour guide- Walid- and drivers in Cairo were exceptional. Tipped total of 90 AUD to cruise and tour guide and drivers in Cairo. Food quality was very good on the cruise. As I travelled alone, I expected to join a group in Luxor and Aswan as advertised.
