Warm regards - Yagiz - City of SultansTrip date: September 2025 - NBNadia· July 7th, 2025This tour was fabulous. We were kept well informed and pick up times were spot on. In Cappadocia our guide was great. Two days were as on the itinerary and the last day was free time. Spoke English really well and was informative. In Kusadasi our guide Barb was excellent & full of information making the two day tour very interesting. It all went as planned.Show more
City of Sultans commented on this reviewThank you very much for choosing our services. It was our great pleaure to serve you. We all hope you see you again in Turkey..Trip date: June 2025 - DDarlene· May 23rd, 2025The tour was well organized. Hotels were lovely. Tour guides were top notch. There was confusion and it was frustrating that entrance fees in the tour information was in euros (for which we brought cash) but many were government agencies that only accepted Turkish Lira.Show more

Kritika· August 18th, 2024AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Did not expect it to be so smooth sailing and well-planned. Our tour guides were really friendly and informative and made sure that we had all our questions answered and ensured to consider individual needs wherever possible. The transport was comfortable and we were given all our flight details and itinerary beforehand. Hotel rooms were also up to the standard with good breakfast options. If you are a vegetarian, you might get limited options because the country is not so vegan/vege friendly, but whatever options were available, they were delicious. We had 2 different groups during day 1-2 and day 4-5 (day 3 was free), and fortunately both the groups were friendly and interactive, which made the trip more memorable. The tour coordinator was readily available on whatsapp for queries. I highly recommend City of Sultans if you're planning your next trip to Turkey.Show more
City of Sultans commented on this reviewThank you very much for choosing our services. It was our great pleasure to serve you. We all hope to see you again in Turkey..Trip date: August 2024- SMSonya· June 28th, 2024The overall experience was great! I am not saying that all was smooth ‘sailing’ but rather it was great because the atmosphere was enjoyable. We traveled with a positive attitude and took any mishaps with a relaxed, cheerful approach. The airplane travel arrangements went smoothly, the tour guides were friendly and very knowledgeable, the sites visited provided a very historical and cultural experience of Türkiye. We had a variety of local accommodations which were nice surprises and added positively to the experience. We were fortunate to have some small tour groups that made the excursions more enjoyable. There was only one day, on the visit to Pamukkale, when the group was a bit close to fifteen people and it was tricky to coordinate such a larger group mainly due to inexperienced or inconsiderate travelers, not the tour guides. Highly recommend City of Sultans. The team worked with us to adjust the tours to our timeline; they were very approachable and responsive with timely communication. Thank you and we hope to visit your country again!Show more

Berkley· May 1st, 2024The organization and timing of the connections were well done, but we felt that the communication to us about the agenda was poor. We are an elderly couple, and anxious travelers, who chose the tour to maximize what we could see in 5 days. Unfortunately, it felt rushed at times. The guides were informative and the hotels and food very good. Pamukkale was a total bust, no fault of the tour organizers obviously, but there was little water and little blue color. We knew that admission fees to sites were not included, but were SHOCKED at that expense. Türkiye is certainly ripping off foreigners right and left and is no longer a cheap holiday destination. Except for tea, everything at restaurants and shops are about the same price as Italy or Spain. We will not return. Again, no fault of the tour organizers.Show more

Edward· November 2nd, 2023I enjoyed having someone help us through these locations; I normally figure things out on my own but chose the “tour” because I didn’t have time to figure out where to stay and how to get from place to place. I’m glad I did. The “Tour” was well worth it.Show more

Asked on February 19th, 2025I will be travelling alone from India. How do i reach the hotel from Istanbul airport. do you have a pick-up? Will it be charged extra? Can i do hot air balloon and the tour in capadocchia on day 2? What time will the flight reach Istanbul airport when we return after the tour ends? I would like to travel in May. Since I am a solo traveller is the rate cheaper or the same?

The hot air balloon is certainly possible to do on day 2, it costs 349 USD / per person at the moment. You will be reaching Istanbul between 8-10 PM on the final day.
