  I signed up for this tour based on the reviews and the photo of the White Temple on the brochure. I found out during my tour that the White Temple was not included. I asked the help of the tour coordinator in order to include the White Temple but she said it is not possible because there was a festival going on and everyone is booked. But, I managed to find my tour to Chiang Rai where the White Temple was located and arranged my own flight change. Also, in Bangkok, the Golden Palace and the Reclining Buddha were not included in the tour. It thought that those 2 sites are important to see. I made my own way to the Reclining Buddha but unfortunately ran out of time for the Golden Palace. If I only knew, I would have traded the long tail boat ride for the Golden Palace. The boat ride took too long only to find out that the Buddha that was on location was shrouded with construction materials as it was being renovated, I thought a waste of time. I also did not like the locations of the hotels chosen. The one in Phuket was on a hilltop so it is not an easy walk to the dining establishments below. This hotel offered food at a restaurant on site but the food was not that good. The breakfast was bad too. The organization and communication with the Bravo Indochina representative was also not that reliable because I was always initiating the communication on the schedule for the next day. The rep always responds promptly but I always had to ask first. There were times I had to wait for the driver. Overall, the tour was ok. The best food and staff I have experienced was at the Nature Resort.

  Our tour was well planned and seamless. Best of all, we were able to put this tour together on short notice (1 week). Customer service was excellent. Any questions were answered immediately and enthusiastically throughout the trip!

  My boyfriend and I had a wonderful trip in Thailand and Cambodia. I knew you guys via my friends who took a Cambodia trip last 5 months.We experienced new things, explored the majestic natural landscape and immersed ourselves in the lives of Asians. Your working attitude and service were very good, it made us feel very comfortable. The guide was so enthusiastic and cool.We were also recommend some beautiful places to visit during the trip. I'm sure there will be a lot of people who felt satisfied like us, and we will see you one day for sure. We bet you guys will have an awesome trip when you stop by Bravo Indochina Tours.   My family and I are looking forward to our Thailand and Cambodia trip and it is all thanks to our travel assistant, Vicky. She has helped us so much and we are so grateful for that.   Just a very quick note and a very big Thank You for a marvelous trip! I am running out of superlatives to describe your attention to detail and flawless delivery of a wonderful trip. Our tour was wonderful and our guides were excellent! I very much look forward to doing more trips together in the future! Just one minor note: The M Hotel hotel in Chaing Mai is not operating up to the three star standards that it purports to represent. The hotel has marvelous location, and the lobby is beautiful, but the rooms are weathered and could use some upgrading.

  I just returned from my trip to Cambodia, and Thailand last week. It was a 15-days tour, and I had an awesome time throughout the trip. Everything from the hotel room to the food was perfect. The overall trip was perfectly worth the price.
