Baltra to Santa Cruz
Your guide will meet you at Baltra Airport and drive you to a highland ranch where giant tortoises roam in their natural setting. You'll explore lava tunnels and check out the Twin Craters while taking in the green landscape and looking for birds. The highlands offer good views before heading to your hotel in Santa Cruz for the night.

Santa Cruz Island Excursion
After breakfast at your hotel, an early pickup at 6 or 7:00 am takes you to a small vessel in Puerto Ayora for a full day of wildlife exploration. Depending on which sites are open, you'll head to Santa Fe, Pinzon, or Floreana and spend time hiking, snorkeling, and swimming. You'll return to Santa Cruz by evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Santa Cruz to Isabela
A 2-hour speedboat takes you from Santa Cruz to Isabela Island. Once you settle into your hotel, the morning is free to relax or visit the nearby flamingo lagoon or the tortoise breeding center (no entrance fee). In the afternoon, you'll explore Las Tintoreras, a chain of small islets with hidden beaches where sea lions, marine turtles, iguanas, manta rays, and sharks live in the clear water. You'll stay overnight in Isabela.

Isabela Volcano Hike
After breakfast, your guide picks you up for a hike through lava landscapes with views of the volcanoes to the north. The 16 km trek to Sierra Negra Volcano and Chico Volcano takes you past different vegetation zones and to the world's second-largest volcanic crater. Lunch happens midway through, and after that the rest of your day is free to hit Isabela's beaches or snorkel at Laguna Concha de Perla. You'll stay overnight in Isabela.

Isabela to Cabo Rosa and Return to Santa Cruz
After breakfast, a 45-minute boat ride takes you to Cabo Rosa, where lava has formed tunnels along the ocean. You'll see penguins, blue-footed boobies, and sea turtles from the surface, but diving is the main event where you can spot sharks, sea lions, turtles, rays, seahorses, and tropical fish. The whole tour lasts about 5 hours, then you'll speed back to Santa Cruz for an overnight stay.
