Asked on July 5th, 2025Do I need a visa? Can I fly from Manila, Philippines to you? What airport in India would be best? My main reason for visiting is to see the Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. Do you set-up this type of visit? If I cannot find a partner, can I go solo - would it be more expensive?

Yes you need a Visa for India before entering to India. Yes, you visit Dalai Lama monastery in Dharamshala. Please you can do solo if you are don't have any partner with you. Also please find the price for this tour as below: Price for 2 person travelling together will be USD 792 /- Per Person Price for 1 person Solo traveller will be USD 1462 /- Per Person. Also you can take the flight from Manila to New Delhi and flight to Amritsar.

Also please note the flight from Amritsar to Dharamsla is not a direct flight it will take almost 10 Hrs to reach Dharamshla its via flight New Delhi. Also River rafting is closed in the month of Feb it will be open in March end.

Our interest is to see beautiful mountain areas without too many long drives. We could fly to Delhi on Sat 12 Oct but must also fly home on Sunday 20 Oct. We are happy to use internal flights in India. Accommodation to be 3 star with 2 shared rooms or 3 doubles.
