Entebbe
You'll arrive at Entebbe International Airport and head to the Boma Hotel, a luxury colonial property with a pool and restaurant on the grounds. Settle into your room and get comfortable before joining the welcome dinner that kicks off your trip.

Entebbe to Kibale National Park
After breakfast, you'll travel to Kibale National Park and check in at Ndali Lodge for the next three nights. The afternoon is yours to spend however you like, whether that means relaxing on your veranda, wandering the lodge grounds, or taking a swim before dinner.

Kibale National Park
You'll start early for chimp tracking in Kibale National Park with an expert guide leading the way. You'll observe a chimp family going about their day, watching them forage and move through the trees. Back at the lodge by lunchtime, you'll have the afternoon free to rest.

Kibale National Park
This morning you'll visit a local school that Ndali Lodge supports to learn about their education work. In the afternoon, you'll head out to coffee plantations in the area and talk with farmers about how they grow and harvest the crop.

Landmarks/POIs Kibale National Park  - Day 6
Kibale to Queen Elizabeth National Park
You'll leave Ndali Lodge and drive south, with views of the Rwenzori Mountains along the way, heading to Mazike Valley Lodge. After lunch, you'll head into Queen Elizabeth National Park for a game drive where you might see lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and hyena.

Queen Elizabeth National Park
Starting early, you'll track tree-climbing lions and their cubs resting on high branches using tracking equipment to locate them. Later in the day, you'll take an open-air boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel where you can spot crocodiles, hippos, and various birds along the water.

Queen Elizabeth to Bwindi National Park
After breakfast you'll continue south to Mahogany Springs Lodge, a luxury property with thatched bungalows located inside Bwindi National Park. You'll have dinner and an early night since tomorrow requires an early start for gorilla tracking.

Bwindi National Park
Gorilla tracking day starts before dawn with a moderate hike through Bwindi, home to nearly half the world's mountain gorillas. You'll trek with a guide and veterinarian who collects health samples from the troop. That evening back at the lodge, you'll help analyze the samples in their lab to monitor the gorillas' wellbeing.

Landmarks/POIs Bwindi National Park  - Day 10
Bwindi National Park
You'll visit a community charity that helps women dealing with poverty, HIV, and domestic violence. You can learn basket weaving and try making your own souvenirs like purses or bandanas on a pedal sewing machine. There's an optional traditional dance you can participate in before your farewell dinner at the lodge.

Bwindi to Entebbe
After breakfast you'll catch a domestic flight back to Entebbe. If you have a longer wait for your connecting flight home, you can return to the Boma Hotel to relax and enjoy one last dinner before heading to the airport.
