Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
When you arrive, staff will meet you and take you to Whitecrest Guest House. After you get settled in, there's time to rest and recover from travel.
- Day 2
Kampala to Murchison Falls
You'll head out to Murchison Falls Park and stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to see rhinos being bred for reintroduction. From there, continue to the top of Murchison Falls where the views are really something, then check into your lodge for the night.

Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning brings a game drive through Murchison Falls National Park where you might see lions, hippos, leopards, and buffalo, plus over 415 bird species in the area. Around noon, take a boat ride along the Victoria Nile to see Murchison Falls up close and watch crocodiles gathered at the base.

Murchison Falls to Fort Portal
Travel to Fort Portal, a town that sits at the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains. During the drive, you'll see rural Uganda and watch local children wave from the roadside as your vehicle passes through.

Fort Portal to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Start early for chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest, which has 13 different primate species living there. Later in the day, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park in the Albertine Rift Valley and settle in for dinner and overnight.

- Day 6
Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After breakfast, take a 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel where you'll see lots of bird species. At noon, transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home to gorillas, and arrive in time for dinner and your overnight stay.

Gorilla Tracking
This is the main event: you'll spend between 3 to 8 hours tracking gorillas in groups of 8 people. It's one of the most thrilling experiences available, bringing you face-to-face with these animals in their natural setting.

Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to Mbarara
Begin heading back toward Kampala, passing through Mbarara, which is the vibrant heart of Ankole. Spend the evening at your lodge where dinner is included.

Mbarara to Lake Mburo National Park
Drive to Lake Mburo National Park with a lunch stop at the equator as you cross into the northern hemisphere. Explore the park and have dinner at your lodge, settling in for your final night.

Departure
