Is it guarantee can get permit?

Is it fixed dates, could I come later? Ideally I would like to come end of the 2nd week.

The tours depart on fixed dates. The next departure scheduled is 30 January, and the one after that 06 February. Are either of those any good?

I'm a vegan but I'm not fussy I'm happy to eat rice and vegetables the entire time but I was just wondering if you thought this would be a huge issue or if it could be fairly easily accommodated?

We do accommodate Vegans on tour. The variety of alternative-meat/dairy options may be limited as we may not have the specialised brands that are available back in one's home country, but our Tour Leader will do their best to provide suitable meals. (We do get a lot of Vegetarians and vegans on tour).

The tour has a minimum of 6 passengers and a maximum of 24 passengers. The Gorilla & Chimp Permit are mandatory to purchase at the time of booking (along with your deposit) in order to secure the permit for the Gorilla Trekking and Chimp Excursion.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before December 31st, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after December 31st, 2025, a minimum payment of $300 is required to confirm your booking with Acacia Adventure Holidays. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 61 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Acacia Adventure Holidays will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
