Europamundo is a good operator, all 3 tour leaders Maribel, Raymundo, and Jarvier were all very helpful and worked very hard. I never missed anything, buses, hotels, meals, and able to visit many famous places which I cannot do by myself without the tour and the leaders. Only one observation to share: Please do not combine different languages on a same bus, the tour leaders switching back and forth the languages making it confusing, some over-instructed, some under-instructed, and misunderstandings. I find myself having to re-verify and re-confirm to make sure I did not miss anything, especially meeting times and locations.Show more

The only thing that was very disappointing was that I only had 1 dinner. Other group that took the excursions with me had dinner at least 3 times, more that we hadn’t.
