They were also very responsible when there was a hiccup regarding airport transfer but they initiated to solve it. I think this is very important. We all want a hassle free holiday, but when something happen, you want the provider to be quick in response and initiate the solution. Tour is a Combined tour/Group tour. We combine some of different bookings in a day tour. You will join with different groups. Tour will use English speaking guide. If you want a tour with French speaking tour guide, we can arrange with surcharge of French speaking tour guide. The fee is USD$45/ day tour *04 days (day 2,3,4,5). No guide on day 1,2 The surcharge fee for tour guide get on Ha Long Cruise (day 2+ day 3): USD $70
