- STSonya· October 17th, 2022The travel agency messed up our erfs forms multiple times which delayed our visa getting process. The tour just included the forms, hotels (their choice), a train ticket, hotel transfer by van upon arrival. They did not send a car on the way back, just a man to take us with a subway, walking in the pouring rain for 10 minutes to the subway station soaking wet. the kyoto hotel was new, nice and located at a good area, but they didn't include breakfast. the Tokyo hotel was old and in a horrible uphill business are 10-15 minute walk from the subway and super inconvenient. The hotel didn't even have a lobby.Show more

Just wondering if your clients have to visit WWII memorials in Nagasaki as it is located in Kyushu Island, as they have not been to Japan before, we can include Hiroshima and Kyoto or Osaka. They only have 8nights, it's very tight schedule if they include Nagasaki due to they fly out of Tokyo.

Japan Express is definitely suitable for families. It is semi-independent, you will have free time to explore the cities at your own pace. Regarding luggage transfer, deal with hotel staff when you check in, they will organize this for you and you will pay directly to the hotel. We can organize pre and post accommodations.
