Hotel was located close to Haneda airport which was very convenient. We didn't have to carry our luggage in the Bullet Train as our luggage was delivered back to our hotel separately. The tour needs a minimum of 15 travelers for the tour to operate. If less than the minimum number, we can check for a quotation for a smaller group. Once we confirm the booking or start the booking process, your payment card will be charged 100% of the tour price. If the tour is cancelled due to not enough travelers, we will notify TourRadar for refund or help you find a tour closest to the one you selected. We will open the tour 2-3 months before the departure date. We will send you an update 3 months prior and check for final decision 2 months before the trip. We will notify you as soon as the tour is confirmed. You may stay in Kyoto instead of returning to Tokyo - keep in mind that there may be additional cost for price difference between Tokyo and Kyoto hotel accommodation.
