Yes we can operate this route for you in May for your group. If you're not experienced at altitude (+4,000-5,000m), I would really recommend you arrive a couple of days beforehand to Huaraz and do some afternoon treks to properly acclimate and prepare the trek route.

  So the dates would be May 17-20 for 4 days/3 nights. We are interested in the mini Huayhuash trek (not the Santa Cruz trek). And we arrive on the 14th and have plans to do three acclimation hikes around Huaraz before the trip. Plus we live in Utah, USA, around 1,200 m (but often recreate at 2-2,500m elevation). Does that sound ok?

  It will be important to acclimate properly. You will probably find being at 4,000m a slightly different proposition to 2,500m but with a few days at altitude you'll be ready to go on the trek route. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
