- Claudia· June 26th, 2023We are a family of 5 (kids 14, 13 and 7) and did a Petra/Wadi Rum tour from Aqaba, crossing from the Eilat border. Jordan Horizons Tours was incredible to deal with. Ethical, transparent and fair from the start. Their fees and costs were well set out, they were cost effective (excellent value) and all the commitments were absolutely met. Water was freely available, everything ran to time and staff were professional. Amjad was amazing to deal with, Yousef a terrific driver with a high quality car (with wifi in it!) and their border service was efficient. All the guides, meals and accom were of a high standard. Jordan Horizons Tours also kept communcating via whatsapp and were available and honest throughout. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended.Show more
