Michael· December 13th, 2022There are a number of issues:- - I specifically booked a group tour for the group social - being the only guest was an absolute disaster. The early hotels were a bit remote and almost empty too. - single Premium to avoid room shares was an excessive proportion and much higher that actual costs. Plus this was a total waste as I was the only person anyway - this amount should be refunded. - the driver was good but his English wasn’t quite good enough, making communication challenging. For example he replied ‘yes’ to many open questions seeking information. - the itinerary handed to me on pick up and followed all week made it clear the tour ended during day 6. So I privately booked a hotel for that night. It turns out I had already paid for another hotel but that was not explained. That should be refunded too. Asked on May 20th, 2022I am considering a Sri Lanka holiday from 08 to 16 July. I however read that July is the monsoon season with lots of rain. I just want to have your advise on whether these dates are a good time to visit.
