    Arrival in Amman

You'll land at Queen Alia International Airport in the evening. Jerash - Ajloun

After breakfast, head into Amman's downtown to see the Citadel with its Roman and early Islamic structures, then stop by the Archaeological Museum where you'll find the Dead Sea Scrolls. The busy Souq is worth a walk through, and the 2nd-century Roman Theatre is hard to miss. Later that morning, drive about 50 km north to Jerash to walk around this well-preserved Roman city and see Hadrian's Arch, the Hippodrome, and the Temple of Artemis. From there, continue through pine forests and olive groves to Ajloun to visit the 12th-century Al-Rabid Castle before heading back to Amman.

Then head to Mount Nebo, the place where Moses reportedly viewed the Promised Land. The drive along the Kings Highway includes a stop at Wadi Mujib Viewpoint, and you'll visit Karak Castle, an impressive Crusader fortress built in 1132/34. • Explore Jordan Tour 6 day tour 5 nights (CT-JHT-013) reviewer 1
    · December 18th, 2021
We (two girls) booked the 6 days and 5 nights in Jordan Tour with JORDAN horizons Tour through Tour Radar and can only recommend JHT to anyone who wants to come to Jordan. Everyone took such great care of us - Andrea from JHT, who answered all our questions quickly and professionally, who canceled our hotel after our flight got postponed for a day, who was so flexible with anything we asked - thank you! Hisham, our wonderful driver, who took care of our visas, immigration and did not only drive us around safely and comfortably (hello wifi and charging possibilities in his car), but looked after us and made sure we were happy and warm (he even bought us beduin coats because we didnt expect such rain and cold on the first day and those coats were amazing also later in wadi rum!). He showed us so many great places, suggested a few things, and did make sure we got out of bed on time so we can visit all those lovely sites with just a few tourists. Our tour guides were wonderful, Khaled in Jerash, Samy in Petra and Jassir in wadi rum all made sure we had the most wonderful experience. We had an amazing time, thanks to JHT and their hospitality and wonderful people who made this vacation so memorable. We felt so safe, welcomed and being taken care of at all times. We can only recommend this company and are extremely thankful for the wonderful job they did.
