  We had a nearly perfect tour of Jordan purchased through Tour Radar. It was advertised that there would be a tour size of 10-15 people, but when we arrived at the airport and met the tour guide we were informed that it would in fact be a private tour with just my husband, myself, and the tour guide! So we had a very personalized itinerary and lots of attention. Plenty of space in the van, and we got to have one on one conversations the whole week and learn so much from our guide. He was the consummate professional, meeting us in our hotel lobby every morning. He gave wonderful recommendations throughout the trip. The itinerary was perfect - not too much per day, nor too little, but perfect action-filled days including every major attraction we could think of in Jordan. We felt perfectly safe the entire trip, too. This was my first tour booked through Tour Radar, and I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend them. I will definitely book through them again, based on this experience.

  The trip exceeded all of our expectations from the minute we were collected at the airport to the minute we were taken back there again. Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum were all stunning, the Dead Sea was an amazing experience as was the hospitality of all we met. Ibrahim, our guide and the driver regularly went well beyond the call of duty for our group. A holiday our family will never forget.

  Terrible tour! Do not go! Jordan was lovely country , would highly recommended but go with another company. Please read all other reviews as everyone has had similar experiences that this company is terrible! I had issues with this tour company. False advertising on the website and would not give a refund of 100£ for their mistake. The hotels were cheap and nasty. 3 star not a chance - 1 star at best. no hot water in multiple places, the last place breakfast was some juice and bread. Tour guide was unorganised and terrible with timings. Always late to things and seemed to plan things last minute leaving everyone hungry and frustrated. Very dodgy with restaurants, he took us to places that he got a deal with whilst telling us there was no where to eat - when there was Cleary lots of good traditional places near by. To quote him “don’t eat anywhere as the kitchens are dirty, only eat where I take you” The worst tour ever! Do not go

  There was no mention that we needed to purchase a traveller journey pass worth $70 to avoid paying at every site we went to. The options of food places we went to were almost always a buffet, very sub par options.

  When we arrived at the airport we had to wait to be meet. Then we got told to be ready for a briefing the following morning but not told that straight after we would be leaving for the day so turned up not prepared. The website states what’s included however, not all these are actually included and just the guide and travel are so be prepared to pay additional. Or purchase a Jordan Pass which tour radar need to make clear or charge less/ amend what’s included. The hotels are also not great, max 2 star. I only managed to have a hot shower on the last day! The guide and country were great and Petra was all I expected and more however, the trip was tainted which is a great shame.

  Our tour guide Boudi was great – helpful, pleasant, very knowledgeable & well dressed. Other rep Wadi was poorly dressed & unfriendly. The itinerary, sites and activities were all excellent. My highlights were Luxor/Abu Simbel. I didn't enjoy the long drive to Abu Simbel. The hotels were mostly good, but the Cairo one had poor food and a bad room. The Hurghada hotel had a nice room but a bad location. It was an excellent trip overall and great value for money, I would recommend.
