- Linda· April 23rd, 2025Disappointed that when the tour was created, the creators did not look ahead to realize it was holiday in Australia. We were not able to do one tour planned event- Phillips Island/Melbourne. Which left the walking tour, interesting but not what our plan was. In Adelaide all side tours were cancelled because of holiday. We were left to find things to do in our own. No shops were open in many areas because of Good Friday. The designers of this tour should be aware of these dates and plan accordingly. I am sure time and schedule were included in the pricing of this tour and were were not given an option of monies back or credit. Our tour guide did her best to pivot the last days plan, which ended up with a lot of riding and long travels with no options from one point to the other. This was not the tour guide’s fault… poor planning from company from the start.Show more

Asked on July 28th, 2023My sister is considering joining me for this tour but she doesn't want to join the Australia portion just New Zealand. Would adjusting the pricing be possible to have her join just that portion or would that depend on how full the tour is?

We cannot adjust a tour price even if a person only travels a portion of a trip. We do not apply rebates to bookings. Your sister will have to book the same tour as you and join the tour from beginning to end or only join for a portion of the tour (having still paid the full price).

Traveler•Written August 2023That makes no sense we would likely both be paying a single supplement would make my trip €10,000 and hers maybe €6000 which is the same as the full trip. Again, I will find another option that works as this doesn't work for us.

Asked on April 29th, 2023What is this? If the price of internal flights are not included then it should be specified. I am booking alone and if I decide that I don't want to share then it's probably going to cost over €11,000 which is way too much. Are you willing to waive the single supplement?

The internal flights that you see are part of the tour cost, when you seen the pricing on our tours, for this particular tour we break down the cost for our clients so that you can see what the internal flights include.

That is correct the international flights are not included in the tour price.

In regards with the single supplement we cannot reduce the price for you, however in order to reduce the price, you would have to share a room with another person on the same sex as you with similar ageing.
