We did 4 days and 3 nights from Aswan to Luxor with Holiday in Egypt. Here are some overviews: Booking the Trip Even before the trip, it was a very easy experience booking the trip. Any questions were answered promptly. I must say, the customer service was so good. Arrival in Aswan Flying into Aswan, we didn’t know what to expect, from transport, to tours to accommodations. We were positive because even before we arrived in Aswan, our guide Mohamed Kamal was engaging us via WhatsApp. He received us with his ever-smiling nature, the same way he said bye at the end of day four. I think he might have a secret stash of happiness somewhere! The Experience It was a well-organized package, and we were taken care of all the time. I feel that we maximized our time and got more than the value we paid for in the short period of time. The tours, room/food on Renaissance and interactions with our guides were all pleasant. It certainly exceeded my expectations. I even learned how to say "thank you" in Arabic - "shukran"! The Differentiator The tour, food, room etc. is an integral part of any travel. The differentiator on this trip was Mohamed Kamal. Altogether, combining all the groups, I believe we were about 21-23 people. Even with these numbers, I constantly observed Kamal was attentive to everyone and tried to personalize the experience as much as possible. He was informative and very well organized. He communicated everything timely and there were no surprises for us. He took care of us from the time he picked us to the minute he dropped us off at the airport.
