- ZMZeljka· January 4th, 2020Dear Tourradar, Thank you very much for a gorgeously seeing tour, unfortunately less good for hearing what was said and explained. Although the guide was nice and in his way helpful he seriously needs to manage better the group and his talking skills. Since majority in the group were Italians the others felt often discriminated against. If I would have known that this tour is 3 languages tour I most probably would had not gone for it. On your site you said English speaking tour not mentioning other languages. You honestly need to be precise and clear about the tour language. Difficulty was 3 languages and the guide determination to say it all. Italians benefited since for the guide it was easier to say it all in his mother tongue. There was 1 Spanish visitor and 12 English speaking visitors who got the same attention as one Spanish visitor. Regarding accommodation in Palermo the hotel was below 3 star category. In Catania some rooms were without window and although I was not got that one I was on the other hand accommodated in a room for a disable people which was depressing. I would suggest to you to change it. The best in this tour was Lorenzo, the guide who took the English speaking people through the valley of kings. He literally placed us in that period when Hera and Herculis were living. Great guide and would suggest you to employ him to guide English speaking people through the tours like this. Thank you and I hope to use your service again providing that my comments (they are the comments of the others in English speaking part of the group) will be taken into account for improvement. First of all this tour has been confirmed also for next year, in May we will have almost daily departure as it s one of the best month to hike the Cinque Terre. By the 15/16th October we should be able to upload the new pricing 2025. In case of early booking we can confirm the same 2024 prices for you.
