- Day 3 Trek from Syabru Bensi Lama Hotel (2480m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 4 Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang (354om) 5-6 hours.
- Day 5 Trek from Langtang to Kyanjin Gompa (3900m) 3-4 hours.
- Day 6 Exploration day at Kyanjin Gompa & hike up to Kyangjin Ri (4,850 m )
- Day 7 Trek back to Lama Hotel (2,470m) 5-6 hours.

It's a very scenic trekking route and because of its popularity, the facilities along the way were pretty good and more than what I expected such as Teahouses with Wi-Fi, western food and hot showers.
