Luang Prabang
You'll arrive in Luang Prabang and transfer to your hotel. After getting settled, the afternoon and evening are yours to explore the city at your own pace. Take time to walk around the old town streets, get your bearings, and maybe grab dinner somewhere local.

Landmarks/POIs Luang Prabang - Day 2
Luang Prabang
Start your day at the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre to learn about the region's 20 ethnic minority groups. From there, head to Wat Sene, the city's oldest temple, then move on to Wat Xieng Thong with its intricate tree of life mosaic. Next stop is Wat Visoun to see its impressive stupa. In the afternoon, take a boat up the Mekong River to the Pak Ou Caves, where you'll see hundreds of Buddha statues. Along the way, you'll stop at riverside weaving villages.

Luang Prabang
You'll get up early to see the morning alms giving ritual with monks in saffron robes, a key Buddhist tradition in Laos. Check out the morning market after that. Grab breakfast back at the hotel, then visit the National Museum in the former Royal Palace and the Huean Chan heritage house to see how people lived in traditional Luang Prabang. Later, drive south to Kuang Si waterfall and hike through the national park (swimming is optional). Stop by the Asian Bear Rescue Center, then climb Phousi Mountain for views over the city. End your evening at the Night Market browsing local textiles.

After breakfast at the hotel, you'll have free time before checkout at noon. Your driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for your flight home.
