Yes, the camel trek is a unique and popular part of the Sahara experience, but you are absolutely welcome to opt out if you are not comfortable with it. There are a couple of alternatives. Feel free to speak to your tour leader on day 1.

Our Essential Morocco tour is an age restricted trip and all traveling booking on must be within the 18 - 35 age range. It is a basix trip which is more of a backpacking style and we typically stay in hostels to keep cost low. There are also not many meals or activities included which allows for more free time for travelers to do as they please. Depending on the itinerary you are looking at the main difference between the price would be better accommodations and more meals/activities included.
