- Day 1
George to Knysna
You'll leave George Airport in the early afternoon and travel toward Knysna through the Wilderness area. There's an optional stop along the way if you want to check out some local craft beer. Once you arrive in Knysna, you can walk around and see what the local craftsmen and artists have going on. The main event is heading out to the Knysna Heads where the Indian Ocean and lagoon meet, which is pretty dramatic. If you're interested, there's an optional sunset cruise available before you grab dinner on your own later.

- Day 2
Plettenberg Bay - Tsitsikamma
This day focuses on the coastal stretch around Plettenberg Bay and Tsitsikamma, so you'll be watching for whales and dolphins as you drive along the dramatic clifftop roads. The route takes you through steep river gorges, mountain passes, and thick indigenous forest. You'll stop at Nature's Valley and tour Tenikwa Wildlife Center to see various wildlife species up close. By evening you'll head back to Knysna for dinner at one of the local restaurants in town.

Knysna to Oudtshoorn
You're heading inland to Oudtshoorn through the Klein Karoo on the scenic seven passes road. Along the way, you'll stop at Botlierskop Private Game Reserve where you'll do a safari in an open 4x4 vehicle looking for the Big Five and other animals. After that, you'll visit an ostrich show farm to learn how the ostrich industry works. For the night, you'll stay at Buffelsdrift Private Game Lodge, which includes a late afternoon game drive and dinner, so you'll see wildlife again before the sun sets.

Oudtshoorn to George
The day starts with an optional early morning game drive if you want to spot hippos, elephants, lions, giraffes, and other wildlife before breakfast. After eating, you'll go on a guided tour through Cango Caves, exploring the massive caverns with stalagmites and stalactites. Then you'll head to Karusa Wine Estate for a wine tasting and light lunch. From there, you'll get a ride to George Airport in the early afternoon to wrap up your trip.
