Hi Maryann (Travel Agent) Once again thank you for bringing this unfortunate matter to my attention. I have sent a written apology to your client and reimbursed him for the meals he paid for and also paid for meals that were not included in his tour. I would also like to thank you for the kind remarks I received from you - pasted below. ................. Paul – Explore South Africa, I see on your end (with the statements) you did pay what I had asked - I am complete - I feel and see that you did honor what we discussed. Being that you have worked with us and trying to find a resolution and supplied all documentation that you did on your end I am more than willing to work with you again- in the near future as I feel you did what you said you were going to do.
