Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll touch down at Cairo airport where staff will meet you and guide you through immigration and baggage claim. From there, a private air-conditioned car takes you to your hotel for the night.
- Day 2
Cairo to Aswan
After breakfast and checking out, you head to the Great Pyramids to see Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, plus the Sphinx and valley temple. Lunch is at your own expense at a local restaurant. Later in the afternoon, you'll get transferred to Cairo station to board the sleeper train heading to Aswan.

Aswan
The train pulls into Aswan and you'll have breakfast on board. Once you meet your local representatives and check into your 5-star hotel, the afternoon opens up for touring the High Dam, the unfinished obelisk, and Philae Temple. Your evening is yours to wander around the city however you like.

Aswan to Kom Ombo to Edfu
You'll start with breakfast in a box if heading to Abu Simbel (which is optional and costs extra, available by plane or car). After settling into your Nile cruise ship, you'll have lunch before sailing to Kom Ombo to tour the temple. The cruise continues toward Edfu with dinner served on board.

Edfu to Luxor
Following breakfast, you'll visit the temple of Edfu before the cruise sails onward to Luxor. Lunch gets served on the boat. By evening you'll arrive in Luxor and stay the night on the cruise.

Luxor West Bank
This morning you'll explore Luxor's West Bank, checking out the Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens, Hatshepsut's Temple, and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch is on the cruise. Afterward you'll have free time in the city, and there's an optional sound and light show at Karnak Temple if you want (extra cost). Dinner and overnight are on the cruise.

After breakfast and checkout, you'll tour the East Bank temples at Karnak and Luxor. If you're interested, a felucca ride on the Nile is available as an optional activity. Then you'll take a bus to Hurghada.

Hurghada
Your day is completely free on the beach. Breakfast and dinner are included with your package. If you want to snorkel, that's available as an optional activity for additional cost.

You'll take a bus back to Cairo and check into your hotel. From there, a city tour takes you through the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel which governed Egypt for roughly 700 years, and the Old Area with the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.
