The ship was very nice and the crew were all so friendly, from the Captain, to the mangement and reception staff, to the bar and wait staff, kitchen staff and room attendants - they felt like family by the end of our cruise. They also made a big celebration for my mum’s birthday ? Also a big shout out to Jessica, our cruise guide, and Renata the on board entertainer - both beautiful and accommodating ladies ❤️ We saw amazing places and beautiful scenery. - GCGrace Patricia· September 25th, 2023Things to improve: 1) the safety instructions should be given on the first day of the tour and not in the evening of the second day; 2) the bathroom of the cabin had a very bad odor (other passangers also had the same complaint); 3) I would have liked to have had fresh fruit offers as one of the options for dessert. 4) instead of arriving at 3 pm on Amsterdam on the 6th day of the cruise, I think we could have left Cologne earlier the night before; 5) I would have preferred not to have spent around half an hour of our 3 hour tour in Amsterdam in a Café. Other groups in our cruise did not stop and, in my opinion, could take the most out of the 3 hours; 6) the tv channels were mostly German. That does not make sense for me because the majority of the passengers were either Spanish or English speakers. We have the range up to 80 as a recommendation for those who are considering to participate in the walking excursions. However, each person is different, and we had those above 80 who joined the excursions. You may also just opt out from the excursions and enjoy your stay on the ship.
