Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park
You'll start early in the morning with a private vehicle heading out toward Chitwan National Park, which takes about six hours from Kathmandu. Once you arrive at the resort, the guest relations officer will brief you on what to expect during your stay. After lunch, you'll walk through the local village to get a sense of the area, then head back to the resort for dinner.

Landmarks Chitwan National Park - Day 2
Chitwan National Park
This full day keeps you active throughout. In the morning, you'll take a jeep safari and jungle tour to look for wildlife, followed by some walking around the park. After lunch, you'll go on a canoe ride and boat trip up the river where you might spot crocodiles. The afternoon includes a visit to the Elephant Breeding Centre to learn how the breeding program works and what elephants eat, then you'll watch a Tharu Cultural Program before returning to the resort for the night.

Chitwan National Park to Kathmandu
The morning starts with a bird-watching tour at Chitwan National Park where the park's 543 bird species give you plenty of chances to spot something interesting. After finishing the tour, you'll return to the hotel for breakfast and then make your way back to Kathmandu. For the evening, you'll stay at a hotel in Thamel, which you can arrange separately since it's not part of this tour package.
