    I had an absolutely wonderful stay and experience . It was better than I had anticipated . It was wonderful staying on a working olive farm with the family who owns it . I felt like part of the family . Emilio is a great chef , the food was truly representative of the local PUGLIAN cuisine using all local ingredients. A very relaxed way of discovering southern Puglia -the Salento region including wine tasting , chocolate tasting with multigenerational companies ( and VERY delicious!) along with pasta making lesson and of course sightseeing to the many different places in the Salento .THANKYOU Emilio , Michael and of course Antonio ( papa) for a truly local and delightful experience . GRAZIE MILLE
