  Loved this tour! A great itinerary with some surprising highlights, wonderful to see these beautiful places on my bucket list. Silvia, our guide , was wonderful and made everything effortless . The drivers were also very capable and courteous. The bus was modern and well equipped with charging ports and wifi. If it was possible to add an extra couple of days in Lake Bellagio and Bergamo, that would be good. Initial hotel, starlight hotels Anderson in Milan, was good. the hotel in Verona, although a central location, was very poor and uncomfortable.

  This was a fantastic tour with a great itinerary visiting some of the most beautiful places in Italy. We had lovely, kind and thoughtful tour leader, Didi and an excellent coach driver Elia. The only thing I would recommend changing is to make the tour longer to have multiple night stays in order to better enjoy the places visited.

  Great value tour, our guide Didi was extremely helpful. All accomodation very good. Unfortunately rain meant we were unable to partake in the Prosecco tasting.

  Wonderful tour of Italian Lakes and Riviera with Europeando. Our guide Matilde was magnificent! Well organised, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Giovanni our driver was always there for us with a friendly smile. We will definitely be back and highly recommended Europeando to anyone wishing to visit Italy in a stress free way. La dolce vita !!

  This tour took me to places I had only dreamed of going—like Bellagio on Lake Como, Stresa on Lake Maggiore and Lazise on Lake Garda. For that I am grateful. Gustavo, our tour guide, was as sweet as can be. He helped me up and down stairs and in and out of boats and the van. But his English was quite limited. It was like watching a travelogue without subtitles. I speak no Italian beyond the most basic of words so I missed at least 75 per cent of what he was trying to say. So that was very frustrating. Each night, in my hotel room, I googled the places we had been to make up for lost time.

  Tour was good but unfortunately the weather was not. Tour guide knowledgeable and a good driver. Van was comfortable and we had sufficient time to explore independently. Train experience not so good. Having no prior knowledge of the Italian rail system we did not realise the importance of the train number. We boarded the incorrect train which was leaving at the same time as the correct train. Fortunately we had enough time to correct the issue but it could have ended very differently. Finding the hotel from the train station in Milan was difficult. No street signage !!! For a tour that started and finished in Rome we should not have been left to our own devices. The train back to Rome did not have room for larger cases which caused us some issues.

  Overall the 4 days tour was comfortable and enjoyable. The tour leader DiDi was very professional and experienced. The hotels in the first two nights are very nice. The hotel at Verona is fair with very small room and very noisy at night . However the location of the hotel is very good and is close to most of the tourist attractions.
