Our tour guide, Matilda, was lovely, very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable. Our driver was very considerate and careful...we were treated to heavy snowfall in the mountains! On the last day, there was a lot of travel time on major highways through areas that are not at all scenic but I don't think that could be helped since we had to get to our final destination. I would recommend this tour. It was fun, scenic, and informative.Show more

The tour/driver simply dropped us at the scenery spot to picture then move to spot, not much description on the road nor the scenery spots; 2. they have invited us to request for any site to go, however it is our first time to Dolomites and wanting for some hiking (as described in the tour name) where we do not have any idea; 2. The Hotels in Cortina doesn't have air conditioning, considering it's a Mountain Resort and temperature are in general quite fresh in particular May in just the begins of springs at temperature are fresh, maybe it's possible you need heaters that is included. In Bolzano Park hotel Laurin has air conditioning and heater.
