On the last day, would you recommend planning some extra time for the return flight from Lukla to Kathmandu? Sometimes the flights get cancelled due to bad weather.

if island peak summit can be done on first day, do we get back day earlier vs schedule ie 14 days vs 15 days? also how many nights are in huts vs tents?

14 days vs 15 days we can complete this trek without a rest day but it is difficult to do this trek without an acclimatisation day. So, we will stay in tents for one night and the other night we will use tea houses and lodges.
