Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll touch down at Cairo International Airport where someone from Ibermundo Travel Egypt will be waiting with a sign. From there, an air-conditioned car takes you to your hotel for the first night, so you can settle in and rest up before things get going.
- Day 2
Cairo
After breakfast, head to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities to see 5,000 years of art including the famous Tutankhamun collection. Then you'll check out the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, followed by a close look at the Sphinx. Lunch is included, and afterward you'll get transferred to the train station for your overnight sleeper train to Aswan.

Aswan to Edfu
Breakfast comes on the train before you head out to see the High Dam and Philae Temple. Once you board your Nile cruise, lunch is served on board. Later in the day, you'll visit Kom Ombo Temple, which was shared by the gods Sobek and Haroeris, have afternoon tea, and then sail to Edfu for your overnight stay.

Edfu to Luxor
The cruise starts with breakfast on board, then you'll visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. You'll cross the lock and sail toward Luxor, with afternoon tea service on board before spending the night on the cruise.

Luxor
After breakfast on board, you'll cross to the West Bank to see the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. You return to the cruise for your second night on board.

Luxor to Cairo
Breakfast on board comes first, then you disembark to visit the temples of Karnak and Luxor on the East Bank. There's an optional hot air balloon flight available for about 30 to 45 minutes over the Valley of Kings, Valley of Queens, and Mountain of the Nobles if weather permits. Later you'll transfer to the train station for your overnight sleeper train back to Cairo.

Cairo
You'll arrive in Cairo after breakfast on the train. Once you transfer to your hotel, the day is yours to do as you like. Several optional activities are available including a day trip to Alexandria, a visit to the Castle of Salah El Dien and Mohamed Aly Mosque with an Old Cairo tour, or a Sound and Light show in the Pyramids area.
