- Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
An Exodus Safari representative meets you at the airport and drives you to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on when you arrive, you'll have the afternoon and evening to settle in, rest after your flight, and get ready for the safari adventure that starts tomorrow.

Landmarks Arusha - Day 2
Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your guide picks you up for the drive to Tarangire National Park, which takes about two and a half hours. You'll do a game drive where lions, leopards, giraffes, and zebras are all possible sightings, plus over 500 bird species live in the park. Lunch is a picnic inside the park surrounded by the landscape and wildlife.

Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti National Park
You'll head out early after breakfast toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the volcanic crater. The terrain includes savannah, acacia forests, lakes, and swamps all in one area. Big Five wildlife are common here along with thousands of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, and hippos. In the afternoon you'll continue driving toward Serengeti National Park and start your game drive once you arrive.

- Day 4
Serengeti National Park to Karatu
The morning starts with a game drive across the Serengeti's golden grasslands and acacia woodlands where you have good chances of seeing lions, cheetahs, and leopards hunting. The landscape offers nice backdrops if you want to photograph the wildlife. After the morning drive, you'll head back toward Karatu with wildlife viewing stops along the route.

- Day 5
Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha/Kilimanjaro
Following breakfast, you'll travel to Lake Manyara National Park, which has a different feel from the other parks in the region. The Great Rift Valley Escarpment dominates the scenery, and the shallow soda lake attracts thousands of flamingos plus over 500 bird species. A final game drive wraps up your experience before heading back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro Airport to end your 5-day safari.
