But the road from Hanoi to Pu Luong was very confusing, they changed the route and no one told us, so we could not see sites that were included, they were sending us off the bus without explanations. The second day we could not do the route because of the rain, we understand it but the guide told us in the morning that we had to wait and that he would be there and we did not hear from him again, we are also still waiting for them to send us some photos he took. We understand the changes of plans due to the rain and the state of the road, but we do not understand the lack of planning, communication or even to have looked for an alternative not to lose the whole day.Show more

Asked on January 27th, 2024We are a family group of 7 people. 4 adults and 3 children : 5/7 and 9 years old. The youngest is a girl and can walk a maximum of 2hours (then she can be carried by her father for 1 more hour I would say). We are very interested in a tour from Hanoi to Pu Luong, with a walk in the reserve, night and then coming back to Hanoi. Is the tour you propose suitable for us? What will be the price?
