Arrival in Cairo
You'll be met at Cairo International Airport and transferred to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle. Your tour manager helps you check in and walks through the itinerary with you to confirm pickup times. They'll welcome you with a drink to get your Egyptian adventure started.

Giza, Saqqara & Memphis
After breakfast at your hotel, your guide takes you to the Giza Plateau to see the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus, along with the Sphinx and Valley Temple. Following lunch at a local restaurant, you'll head to Saqqara to visit the complex and Djoser Pyramid, then continue to Memphis, the ancient Old Kingdom capital and its necropolis, before returning to your hotel by evening.

Egyptian Museum, Saladin Citadel & Coptic Cairo
This morning you'll have breakfast at your hotel before your private guide takes you to the Egyptian Museum to check out fascinating artifacts. Lunch happens at a local Cairo restaurant. Afterward, you'll visit the Saladin Citadel and Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque inside, then head to Coptic Cairo to see the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue.

Free Day or Optional Alexandria Excursion
You have breakfast at your hotel and then choose how to spend your day. Either explore Cairo on your own, or join an optional excursion to Alexandria to visit Qaitbay Citadel (a 15th-century fortress built where an ancient lighthouse once stood), the Alexandria Library, and the Roman Catacombs. If you go to Alexandria, you'll return to Cairo in the evening.
