Itinerary
- Day 1
Luang Prabang
You'll start the day on a mountain bike, riding through the Nam Khan River valley and stopping at a peaceful monastery along the way. The route takes you through a traditional cotton and silk weaving village, then you'll see the grave of French explorer Henri Mouhot before heading to Tad Sae Waterfall. After leaving your bike behind, you'll take a boat trip upriver and have time to swim and relax at the waterfall. Later in the afternoon, you'll hike into the foothills and reach a remote Khmu village for your first night in a homestay.

- Day 2
Khmu and Hmong Villages
Following breakfast, this is the most demanding trekking day as you'll cover about 10 km through karst and limestone mountains on local trails. The terrain is medium-difficult, and you'll spend roughly 4 to 5 hours walking. Along the way, you'll pass through a remote Hmong village situated on a lake where you can learn about the area's traditional minority cultures. By evening, you'll reach another homestay for your overnight stay.

- Day 3
Nam Khan River Kayaking to Luang Prabang
After saying goodbye to your village hosts, you'll trek for about an hour down to the Nam Khan River. From there, you'll kayak for 3 to 4 hours, paddling roughly 19 km through countryside dotted with banana and teak trees, rice paddies, and terraced pineapple plantations. You'll pass several isolated Lao Loum and Theung villages during the paddle. The afternoon brings you back to Luang Prabang as the trip comes to an end.
