Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll arrive at your Kathmandu hotel whenever your flight gets in, so there's no rush. The group doesn't meet until early evening, which gives you the afternoon to wander around the city on your own. The streets here are crowded and chaotic in the best way, so just walk around, grab some tea, and start getting the feel for things before the welcome meeting.

- Day 2
Kathmandu
Today you're checking out Kathmandu and the surrounding areas. Start with Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist shrines in the world, where you'll see pilgrims walking the kora circuits. Then head to Bhaktapur, the Royal City, to see the ancient Hindu temples and pagodas. Durbar Square here has that intricately carved palace that'll catch your eye. You'll need a few hours to walk through both places properly.

Kathmandu to Pokhara
Today you're heading to Pokhara, and you have two options. Take a scenic 30-minute flight if you want to skip the drive, or go by private vehicle which takes about 5 to 6 hours overland. If you drive, you'll pass along the Trisuli River, which is famous for white water rafting if that interests you. You'll overnight in Pokhara once you arrive.

Pokhara
Start early and hike up to Sarangkot to watch the sunrise over the Annapurna range, then later make your way to the World Peace Pagoda, a monument built by Japanese Buddhist monks. From there, you'll visit a Tibetan refugee settlement where locals share their stories through a photo gallery, and lunch includes traditional Tibetan food. After that, you can try paragliding or take a boat out on Phewa Lake if you're up for it.

Pokhara to Lumbini
You're driving to Lumbini today, one of Nepal's UNESCO World Heritage Sites and the birthplace of Lord Buddha. The drive takes you to a place known for its spiritual significance and calm atmosphere. You'll overnight here after settling in.

Lumbini
Spend your day at Lumbini exploring the sacred grounds and temples at whatever pace works for you. It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the birthplace of Lord Buddha, so there's real historical importance to the place. Walk around, sit, observe, and take in the peaceful atmosphere.

Lumbini to Chitwan
You're driving to Chitwan today to begin your jungle safari experience. Once you arrive and get settled at your lodge, the safari activities and jungle exploration will kick off after you've had time to rest and grab something to eat.

Landmarks/POIs Chitwan National Park - Day 8
Chitwan
Your day in Chitwan National Park is packed with activities guided by local experts. You'll do village walks, boat rides through the park, nature walks, and jeep safaris looking for rhinos, leopards, wild elephants, monkeys, and crocodiles. There's also a session with a local tiger technician who shares information about the Nepal Tiger Trust and how they track and protect tigers. By evening, you'll watch a Tharu cultural dance performance by local villagers right at your lodge.

Chitwan to Kathmandu
The drive back to Kathmandu takes about 5 to 6 hours via the Prithvi Highway. The route passes through local villages, riverside areas, and countryside that's worth looking at from the vehicle. It's a scenic way to wrap up the jungle portion of your tour before heading back to the capital.

Your tour ends today, and you can head out whenever you need to. Just remember that hotel checkout is at noon, so plan accordingly if you want breakfast or need to run any last errands around Kathmandu before you leave.
