- Tasnia· July 30th, 2025This tour set up is different than other group tour in my opinion. There was different tour guide each day and you join a new group every day. I personally prefer to have the same group throughout the tour as a solo traveler. Helps connecting with people. I ended up alone in the evenings. I think this tour is a good option of couples or families, not much fun for solo travelers. Tour guides where amazing (Oliver, Roul, Andre, Wayki) except for Rafael. We were only 2 English speaking girls, Rafael lost us twice, instruction was unclear, he explained very minimum in English. Other tour company's guide helped us to find him. Hotel in Aguas Calinetes was much better than in Cusco. Tour coach was comfortable, drivers were good.Show moreTrip date: June 2025
- terri· July 17th, 2025The destination itself was amazing and the daily tour destinations met all my expectations and then some. The accommodations were fabulous: I thought if this is a 3 star choice, what must a 5 star choice be?! I thought the daily tours could have taken a bit more time and not have been so rushed.... I would have appreciated having a bit more time for photo ops or just enjoying the scenery and the atmosphere in the villages and countryside. I had four different tour guides. I selected English guide. All four could clearly speak English quite fluently. Only one chose to give equal time to sharing information equally in English and Spanish. Two others actually said, in response to me saying I only knew a few spanish words and phrases: "Now will be your time to learn and practice!" and went on to speak 90% in spanish and then give me a brief summary of what had been shared in spanish, in English...With one tour guide...another guest actually stepped in and provided some additional translation for me, as she could see I was getting frustrated and not following along. I really did not get to see Ollantaytambo ruins or village the way things were scheduled. We arrived with 20 minutes for me to rush through before having to catch my train to Agua Calientes. The tour guide and group just left me and he said...go to that corner and walk about 10 minutes that way to catch your train. That is not really what I had expected when told " transportation is provided." Again, with one exception, the guides did not drop us off at the Plaza Armand as the tour indicated they would. (I knew how to get to my hotel from there.) they instead dropped us at other plazas that seemed more convenient to them and gave vague directions on how to get to Plaza Armand or the hotel or said 'if you get lost just ask a policeman- they all speak english). On one occasion that was quite distressing to me, as I got lost, as a solo, senior traveler and I can assure you - all the police do NOT speak English! Also, the free e-sim card...was not useable for me and I couldn't get anyone to assist me with it. The hotel wi-fi and the what's app using hotel wi-fi was fine...and I got to use an old school, paper street map to get around - as I couldn't access google maps without a sim card. On a positive note, two of the guides were very encouraging and helpful when the altitude was restricting and were very kind in assisting and encouraging me to complete the applicable treks.Show moreTrip date: July 2025
- QTQuan· June 30th, 2025This is a very well organized tour package. Lots of activities and things to see within a short time. My parter and I had a great time and thought it was totally worth it. Most of the tour guides were very professional and knowledgeable. I just wish the stay in Cusco had been a bit better. It was so cold at night but no heater for the first night. There was no hot water in one night. The shower was leaking to the floor and there was mildew, which was off-putting. Otherwise, all the sites were excellent.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

- VRVictor· May 27th, 2025Automatic translation available in English. View in EnglishEverything on the program was well met. There was a lack of punctuality in the 4 a.m. pick-ups, specifically in the Laguna Humantay, the delay was one hour. The guides of the city of Cusco (Cesar) and the one of the Secret Valley (Marco) were very weak, almost bad. The guide of Muchu Pichu (Cristian) was very good, calm, with ample explanations, excellent and attending to the questions, resolving them well. The guide (Anibal) of the Mountain of the 7 colors was correct, attentive to the 18 travelers or tourists who went with him. In the vehicle of the departure of Vinicunca, the travelers were a little uncomfortable trying to take advantage of all the available seats, considering that there are large people, the last row was small and uncomfortable, the guide Anibal had to travel much of the tour standing, to leave his place to a traveler. Summary: Punctuality, especially in the early hours of the morning, should be required. The vehicles should be used well but not in a way that is too much of a burden for those who pay.Show moreTrip date: May 2025

- SDstephen· March 24th, 2025I would absolutely book another tour with this company. They were excellent to work with. Franklin was outstanding as our customer service rep. He contacted us several days before to introduce himself and verify out flight info. He met us at the airport with our ticket package and walked thru each day and what tickets we would need. Franklin contacted us the day before with all the next day tour info. He went out of his way to get a new tour after one of our got canceled due to landslides. The one day my wife was feeling well and we had to cancel that day’s tour, Franklin offered to get her any assistance she needed. We enjoyed the whole experience from to start to finish.Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- Filomena· March 21st, 2025I highly recommend this tour. It was well organized and we were reminded of our next day itinerary. The hotel in Cusco and Agua Calientes were satisfactory. The included lunches were really good. The guides were knowledgeable and helpful going the extra mile. The driver drove safely. The highlights of this tour for me were Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain.Show moreTrip date: March 2025

Traveler•Written May 2025What time does the tour start on day one and what time does it end on the seventh day?
- Kantu Peru ToursOperator•Written May 2025
Basically is better rooms. Bigger. More ammenities, better breakfast. 4 stars have a really good buffet lunch, etc. But 2 and 4 starts hotels have private bathroom.
- Kantu Peru ToursOperator•Written May 2025
You must arrive to cusco before 11 am. Because the city tour starts at 12:40 so in order to have time for check in and lunch you must arrive to cusco at 11 am as much. Otherwise you will be on a rush. The 7th day there is nothing. Only transfer to the airport. So according to your flight we will pick you up 2 hours before your departure from your hotel.

Traveler•Written June 2025From 7/7/25 to 7/19/25 departure dates, which departure dates have the least number of people booked so far?
- Kantu Peru ToursOperator•Written June 2025
Yes, we have availability for July (7/7/25 to 7/15/25). But please keep in mind that for Machupicchu the only circuit available is CIRCUIT 1. Circuit 1 – Panoramic Viewpoint: This option allows you to visit the upper part of Machu Picchu and take the iconic panoramic photo of the citadel. Please note, however, that you will not be permitted to enter the citadel itself. It serves primarily as a scenic viewpoint.

Asked on March 24th, 2025Is it a strenuous walk to Maccu Piccu? And is there accommodations i.e. rental of wheelchairs?
- Kantu Peru ToursOperator•Written March 2025
Regarding your question, the walk to Machu Picchu can be moderately strenuous, depending on the route you take. However, you can visit Machu Picchu by choosing Circuit 3, which covers the lower part of the site. This route is less strenuous and more accessible compared to other circuits, making it a great option for those looking for a more manageable experience.
