    Lima

    You'll arrive in Lima and check into your ocean view room at the InterContinental Real Lima Miraflores. This evening, head to SAPIENS for dinner where chef Jaime Pesaque showcases his culinary approach. It's a great way to start your Peru trip.

  2. Day 2

    Lima

    Spend the morning walking through Lima's iconic landmarks like the Cathedral, Government Palace, and City Hall. You can choose between the San Francisco Monastery and its catacombs or the historic Casa Aliaga. After lunch, head to Barranco's bohemian quarter, stop at the Bridge of Sighs, then visit sculptor Victor Delfín's private home and workshop.

    This trip exceeded my expectations ten folds. It was the perfect balance between excellent service, fabulous hotels, incredible dining options, and authentic local experiences.
