  Our tour was absolutely fantastic! Many thanks to our wonderful travel manager Nancy, who managed to take into account our vision of what this tour should look like. She was with us every step of the way, we could count on her 24/7 in case of any emergencies or unresolved questions. Our tour included such amazing spots as Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli Park, which we travelled to with our amazing drive guide Kaka! (He's an absolute best!) The way Nancy came up with the curriculum of the trip it was quite easy to follow the schedule from day to day, and we managed to see the BIG FIVE and SO MUCH MORE! I am forever grateful for her talent, skills, hospitality and overall generosity which made this journey unforgettable!

  The experiences lived on the plains of Masai Mara and Serengeti etc looking at many different animals will stay with me for the rest of my life. Add to this the magic of the savannah themselves under glorious skies, and it makes for an unforgettable experience.

  This was an experience I will never forget, for both good and bad reasons. When I book an itinerary online I expect that itinerary to remain the same. I spent hours being selective and finding what worked for me. When I arrived in Nairobi I was advised the itinerary had changed, some of the Parks had changed, Manyara was removed, Amboseli was added, which I had already seen as it was not supposed to be part of my original tour itinerary. My itinerary had me starting and finishing in Nairobi, now I’m told it is changed and will finish in Arusha Tanzania. I had no idea that upgrades could be done on accommodation until this point, and for most places now it was too late. The accomodation in Masai Mara was less than acceptable, the bats flying around the tented ensuite, the shower floor breeding insects as it didn’t drain properly, and the lack of light. The roof in the ensuite was full of ‘stuff’ that fell through and the food maybe acceptable for a backpacker but I didn’t pay backpacker prices. If I’d known this I wouldn’t have booked this tour!! Silvia and Nancy were great but unfortunately in most situations the information was a little too late. I understand now what this tour entails however it would have been nice to know that having not experienced anything like it before. It would have made me choose a different operator. The drivers varied, often rude, short when asking questions, the radios were very loud in the vehicles, and constantly on the phone whilst driving with a car full of people. Wish I knew when booking what I know now, would have made different decisions. Overall yes I saw amazing wildlife, and that’s what kept me grateful for. I would have liked to experience Manyara and see Lake Victoria but thanks to a messed up itinerary that was not to be!

  We had the best time in East Africa, our guide Jackson was the best, he made our safari worth it. Thnk you for these trip we shall cherish all the good time we had in Kenya and Tanzania.

  Our guide Graham was the best, from the moment he picked us from the hotel for a start of safari, we kind of felt safe. He was very friendly to the kids and was able to show us everything. Literally we saw all we wanted to see including the rhinos in Lake Nakuru. Accommodations were good in Kenya and basic in Tanzania, i would advise those who are not into camping to upgrade to lodges. But if you are ready to rough it up, then go for it, after all its just a couple of days only.

  wonderful! the 10 days Kenya Tanzania combined trip was very great.I enjoyed the Masai dance and their interaction until i learnt their language 'sere' which is goodbye. The tour guide Maxwell and the driver were professionals and very social,they made sure we saw variety of wild animals especially the big five,the wildebeests migration was superb. I also got magical experience in L. Manyara national park for tree climbing lions and the Ngorongoro crater had a very beautiful scenery. The meals were delicious, the accommodation was fantastic. The mix was just fitting,i got everything as it was in the itinerary and your services are quality.Congrats East Africa safari bookers team next time i will come with my family

  Such amazing group, East Africa Safaris Bookers are just the best, they took the responsibility of planning our safari in Kenya and Tanzania, all we had to take care of while in Africa was the visas both for Kenya and Tanzania and the tips. Thank you very much for your service.
