From the time we booked to our final airport transfer Why Jordan tours provided excellent customer service and were quick to remedy the inevitable hiccups. Kudos to our tour leader Hassan. Nothing was a bother and no question considered silly. His knowledge of the sreas impecable. Our drivers Omar for the 1st leg was considerate of needs and always had a happy smiling disposition. Sultan who did most of the tour was also a considerate if our needs and air in the van. We had so much fun and laughs throughout the tour. Petra was a highlight and our day in Aqaba with a glass bottom boat tour and snorkelling and a great seafood lunch was fantastic.The final day of activities enjoying floating in the dead sea to mud bathing and lazing away around the pool before heading back to Amman just topped off our tour. Some even had massages. We highly commend all the Why Jordan staff from the office to the drivers and more importantly our tour leader Hassan. This is a company that have the customer as their main focus . Well done and we highly recommend Why Jordan Tours .Show more

We all travelled in the comfort of an air-conditioned saloon car and felt safe and well cared for by our driver. The standard of accommodation improved as the tour advanced (it was really only our opening couple of nights in a man that were a little disappointing). I mean disappointment was that we did not have a guide for any of the sites other than Petra.
