Kathmandu to Birethanti
After breakfast, you'll start trekking toward Birethanti, passing through Nayapul, Ulleri, and Tirkhedunga. The route takes you through local villages and along river views, giving you a real sense of the landscape and community as you begin the trek.

Ghorepani to Tadapani
This morning starts before dawn with a short trek up to Poon Hill to catch the sunrise lighting up the mountain peaks. After that, you'll head back to Ghorepani for breakfast, then trek through forest to reach Tadapani by late afternoon.

Landmarks Poon Hill - Day 4
Tadapani to Chhomrong
You'll trek through forest and river terrain, cross a suspension bridge, then descend steeply through dense forest to reach Chhomrong village. The route follows the west bank of Modi Khola, with Annapurna South and Machhapuchhre rising above the village.

Chhomrong to Deurali
From Chhomrong, the trek heads to Deurali via Sinuwa, involving steep climbs and descents. You'll walk through bamboo forest and jungle sections on a moderate day in terms of distance and terrain.

Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp
You'll trek uphill from Deurali to Machhapuchhre Base Camp, then continue to Annapurna Base Camp at 4120m. You can see Annapurna I, Annapurna South, 12 peaks, Tent Peak, and glaciers surrounding you, though keep in mind avalanche risk in this area.

Bamboo to Jhinu
Today involves trekking uphill through stone steps to a ridge, then an easier section to Sinuwa. From there, you'll have downhill stretches mixed with a climb back up to Chhomrong for lunch. After eating, there's a steep descent to Jhinu.

Jhinu to Pokhara
