Trip date: June 2019 - Ciaran· March 30th, 2019The tour was well organised and I think offered decent value, perhaps a little more expensive than booking everything separately, but not massively so. The accommodation was simple but clean. The food was a bit samey but fine. The transportation to and from the tour was fine. The safaris were good. I opted for the full day jungle walk on day 3 which cost an extra 2000Rs. - DBDavid· January 29th, 2019The itinerary, on paper, seemed really good and we enjoyed the tour but there are some things to note. Firstly, we chose the jungle walk, as ethically, the elephant walks were unacceptable to us (search on Google!) but we had to pay extra on the day for this even though it was on our itinerary and much cheaper than the elephant walk. Also,we were told we could have a sleep-in on the 2nd day. However, after the canoe trip we were given just 5 minutes with the baby elephants before they were taken away and also told that we'd have to cancel the jungle walk because we didn't have enough time now. In hindsight, I now feel that we were tricked into this because it was the same guide who told us to sleep in! An easy day for him basically. So, be aware. The jungle walk, and our young guides for that, were great though and we loved that day, even though we had an encounter with the killer wild elephant, Ronaldo, which forced us all to run for our lives across the fields. I thoroughly recommend that choice. The accomodation was good and there's a heater in the rooms. The food was tasty though a bit samey. Nice enough though and super friendly staff. If you get the chance to see the odd wild rhino in the street (ask the staff) then take it.
