- Day 5 Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
- Day 6 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3800m) Duration 5-6 hours.

Thank you so Much Lakpa, we could complete the trekking without any accident or problem. Since my mom is over 60 years old and I am really not familiar with mountain trekking, we were probably one of the very terrible ' trekkers' to our guide Lakpa. We had to change plans a few times due to weather or body condition, our professional guide could quickly find the best solution for us like. I know quite a few people trek without a guide and I think that is also cool. However, if you are not a well-experienced trekker, I highly recommend you have a professional guide because sometimes you could face an unexpected situation or your body could have problems due to totally new environments!
