- Day 1 Airport pick up and welcome to Abruzzo dinner! (D*)
- Day 2 Olive harvest, olive oil tasting and explore Vasto (B, T, L, D)
- Day 3 A visit to the market, make homemade pasta with Mamma, explore Punta Aderci Nature Reserve (B, C, L)
- Day 4 Art experience with lunch with an artist, and free afternoon (B, T, L)
- Day 5 Visit a typical "agriturismo" to learn everything about Abruzzo farming, farm-to-table lunch and explore Roccascalegna Medieval Castle (B, C, T, L)
- Day 6 Discovering the fascinating Trabocchi coast, fish based aperitif on a trabocco fishing hut, wine tasting, pizza & tiramisu family party & farewell dinner (B, T, L, C, D)
- Day 7 Goodbye and transfer to Rome airport

It exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend this tour more. Fabrizio, his family and friends are so warm & welcoming. The food, wine and daily activities are informative and fun. This region of Italy is beautiful, and the tour is casual and relaxed. There is a good deal of walking involved but it only adds to the overall experience. I hope to return soon. Small, private visits to a winery and olive oil mill that were relaxed and beautiful.
