it was a small group, 6 of us incl myself. a couple from Greece, another couple from New York, an individual from UK and myself from Canada. I did pay for single supplement which I don't think is fair for the price vs hotel cost in those cities we visiting. But I did agree to pay as I do not want to share room with stranger. I did not pay much attention of the room difference with my group fellow. until we check in to our hotel in Yerevan. Hotel itself was not bad and staff was very nice but the location was no good especially for tourist, And my room was very small. I later find out the other fellow stay in a decent sized room, including the fellow from UK who did not pay from single supplement. I wonder why I pay extra $400+ and assign for a small single room and who don't pay extra get a double room. (room change the 2nd day as the couple from New York left the group) PS. the vehicles is too small, (in both countries, especially in Armenia) I do understand out group only has six. but in and out the vehicle was inconvenience and not comfortable for long distance travel.

In Tiblisi everything was very good. The hotel was located nicely and very ckean with cooporative staff. The guide Nano was very good, friendly and easy going made the tour unforgettable. However, in Yerevan the Hotel was very bad , the staff were not cooperative, the hotel has no elevator's and help with the luggage was not provided up and down the many floors. In addition for ky family rooms were located in saparate floors which was not convenient. And the staff was not willing to change untill the matter escalates ri director level. When it comes to the guide in Yerevan her name was Roza she was an amazing guide. And made the tour excellent. She was very informative and friendly.
